I didn't like this. Didnt' do much for hunger and the rush I felt could easily be reproduced with a coke.
I'll try to give it another shot. If anything changes I'll come back and change my rating.

See, I used the old Xenadrine formula way back when...the one with ephedra?
The first diet/weight loss pill I'd ever taken -- and the last, b/c no other formula exists that can duplicate its results. It's the truth. It spoiled me for all diet pills. Forever... LOL
When I heard about the recall and ban, I said, "No...please. No -- don't take it off the market...it's a lie! THEY LIE! I won't believe..." LOL
In fact, I took the pills into 2003 or 2004. I usually bought 2-3 bottles at a time so I had a surplus. Just rationed it out.
Yes, I know it was bad but I'm stubborn, what can I say? LOL
...and yes -- I'm a medical professional so I know what ephedra does to the heart muscles. No need for lectures.
I'm just saying: those were the best d*mn most effective weight loss pill out there.

I was in the military in training at the time and everyone in my class was taking. We weren't overweight. On the contrary -- we worked out 5 days a week. Anytime anyone rec'vs word of an effective, quality supplement -- everyone just starts taking it.
I took a pill a day and not only did it give me loads of energy but it totally KILLED my hunger(which is why I was on a half-dose and sometimes cut the pill in half. I never did progress to the full dose.)...I had to force myself to eat. Since I was never hungry, I had no impulse cravings for fatty, greasy foods. Since I only ate veggies and drank water most of the time, I dropped pounds.
How I wish it were possible to remove the harmful qualities of ephedra. I would purchase in a second. Old Xenadrine was the truth...all we're left with now are 'substitute teachers'.
