I bought these yesterday at a GNC store and wow..the bottle says to take 3 pill 3x a day but since this is my first time using them i took 2 and i was really wired..took a moment for it to hit me. I ate oatmeal this morning and took these 15 mins prior to it and went to the gym. About half and hour later after taking them i was real jittery and energized. I ran more today than i have in awhile. These are a big booster and dont tire u out. Until they start wearing off than u get tired from all the cardio u did earlier. im only taking them twice a day than eventually work my way up to 3x a day.
