I HATE to shave. I have attempted to wax in the past, which provides great results, but is messy and time consuming. This is the first epilator I have used and I am overall very pleased with it. It only takes about 20 minutes to do both legs and then they stay stubble free for a couple of weeks. when the hair grows back it is very fine and not stubbly at all. As for the pain, I have waxed for the last few years, so the pain of epilating was minimal. Over time, as with anything, the pain decreases. It doesn't even phase me now. The product is not the best at getting very fine hairs, but I don't mind that. I think some of my hairs are naturally very fine and I can just shave those after epilating.
