This product was OK. No real noticable results. Been taking it primarily Mondays-Fridays for about three weeks. I don't work out on the weekends to allow for recovery and then hit it hard on Mondays. Get more detail about Novedex XT- Gaspari Nutrition Anti-Aromatase Testosterone Booster, 60ct.
