Best multivitamin I have ever used. The instructions say to take two paks but for me one is plenty. I take it with lunch and enjoy the benefits the rest of the day. Since starting this almost a year ago I am sick less, stronger, healthier and feel better overall. There is a noticeable difference when not taking these vitamins. If you are looking for a great multi that covers all the bases this is it. The only downside for some is the 11 pills you have to take.
