This product is working well for me. If you are looking for a miracle pill that will help you loss weight with no effort this is not the right thing for you. Also I would recommend not drinking caffeine with this product because it gives me TERRIBLE headaches! But what this product does do is decrease my appetite and gives me the boost I need to wak up in the morning. I only take 2 per day, one in the morning( 5:30am) and one at noon. I tried taking it as directed and I found myself feeling sick and jittery. When taking it my way I feel that I can go for hours (6-8hrs) without feeling tired and sluggish.
