These are the absolute best TENS pads especially if you have oily or tend to be on the "hairy" side. I can get 2 weeks use out of a set of pads using them for 4-6 hours. Put them back on the correct side of the plastic card and seal them back up in the aluminum foil bag and stick them in the fridge for for 24 hours before your next use. I find that if I rotate a couple of sets this way, I get far more use from the pads. The adhesive is great, it stays stuck without any additional additives or special effort other than making sure you apply them to clean dry skin. Austin Med is a fine company they ship by US Mail so I get them about a week after ordering. You will not be disappointed with these pads or Austin Med. Will definitely buy these again from Austin.
