Someone suggested I used Tend Skin for the ingrown hairs on my neck. I don't use a razor but a cream dipliatory to rid my face and neck of unwanted hair but was experiencing dark spots and ingrown hairs. I got the product to use for the first time and was immediately surprised at how well it worked! The bumps on my neck began to smooth out and I was so happy!
