I began supplementing with this product in June '09 because my knees were starting to grind and my GP recommended glucosamine.
I chose the Kirkland brand because I trust the brand and because it contains chondroitin sulfate.
I wasn't sure it was working, though, until about a month ago when I noticed that my knees were not grinding as I walked down the stairs.
The formula works, just don't expect results right away.
Other reviewers have complained about the size of the pills. Yes, they are large but you can cut them in half if you have trouble swallowing large pills.
Also, and this is just my opinion, the vanilla flavoring can be a tad overwhelming. I wish they'd go back to non-flavored pills.
