Scale is easy to use and body fat monitor is really handy. Really simple to use and provides averages over a period of days or weeks. The only reason I took off a star is that the scale really doesn't provide details as to how accurate it is. Most scales will provide an accuracy rating, but this one does not tell you how accurate the body fat monitor is.
