FRS is my new coffee. I wanted to give up coffee, but needed a type of caffeine replacement. This is better. I have sustained energy, and it tastes better, and I'm getting in a good 12 ounces of water too (I use more water than called for). I drink this once a day, but more often twice a day. I really love it. Now when I travel, I actually pack a small container of it to take with me. Yes, this may be an addiction. But the energy it gives me feels so clean. I dont crash or get jittery, it gives me an almost immediate boost.
