I was very apprehensive buying this sweetener because of the price. You know the old saying, "You get of what you pay for." Lo and behold, this product has been a delight to my taste buds. This sweetener is not "heavy" like the others. This has been great with my diabetes. You could do one pack of this, and a pack of Splenda for a balance....not that I am advocating Splenda.
