I bought this hoping for it to help boost my weight loss. It did nothing for me. The out side of the pill is so hard to swallow it doesn't feel natural it feels almost like plastic. I will never buy this product again. I am encouraging people to just try drinking green tea from your local grocery store I have been drinking warm green tea and lost 10 pounds in 1 month no exercise just drank a cup with breakfast and a cup before bed...
