I bought this product about a week ago, and it does supress your appetite in a major way. It makes you pee in a major way, and drink drink drink. I was wondering with all this talk about fake and real, what do your pills look like. I have the foil with green (like the box cover) on one side and silver on the other, there was a gold seal on the box, and the pills themselves are green and white caplets? Anyone have the same thing. I believe they are real, as they say in most posts, because they seem to be doing what everyone says they are supposed to do? I do have the cotton mouth and the lump in my throat, but other then that i drink coffee and sleep just fine.
