I've had a chronic yeast infection for over 7 months and nothing has worked. I tried taking these pills and at the same time used boric acid capsules from yeast arrest and it seemed to be helping a little. I am not sure if it was the PB8 pills or just the boric acid doing the job but at least out of all the things I've tried this had worked best. However, towards the end of the treatment, everything went back to how it was and worse. Before using this I could walk normally, but now it is even painful to walk because of the infection. For women that are experiencing the same problem as I am, I recommend using the refrigerated kind of acidophilus. Based on the reviews women says this is way more effective.
