The seller, DAB Nutrition, was great. What I ordered was sent very fast. The Natrol melatonin TR 5 mg, however, hasn't done a thing for my sleep. I read another review's comment and s/he said the 3mg worked better than the 5 mg tablet. I've used the 3 mg melatonin in the past and it seemed to work OK. I used up my supply and when I reordered, I thought the 5mg might work better. Not so. In fact, it is as if I not taking anything. So, I guess I'll go back to the 3 mg and see if still works for me. I need to get some good sleep.
