These are fantastic -- far better than the non-time-release or the two-step-time release. I fall asleep a few hours after taking one and then sleep heavily all night. With no melatonin I can't fall asleep until 3am, with non-time-release melatonin I tend to fall asleep, but then sleep too lightly and the slightest noise will wake me up, and with "biphasic"-time-release melatonin I wake up jarringly at 4am without fail and then have trouble going back to sleep.
