My midwife suggested I give this a try, as I am 33 weeks pregnant and anemic. Not only has Floradix brought my blood level up from 10.3 to 10.9 in three weeks, I have had no problems with increased constipation (a common concern with iron supplements). I think it tastes like apple cider mixed with copper pennies - a little odd, but not horrible. I actually mix it with a few ounces of orange juice, which all but masks the taste for me (and supposedly increases its benefits).
