I've been using this product, as directed, for one month.
I have to say that the pill size is just too big, and the price of these pills just isn't practical because the quantity doesn't last due to the amount you have to take each day.
I haven't seen any respectable gains and am just not satisfied with the results of taking this product. I think I'll just stick to my Pro-5 Protein Powder, liquid creatine, and a phytonutrient supplement; combined with a heathly diet and exercise. That has always seemed to work the best for me!
