I am very happy with this protein powder. It is totally natural, made from raw brown rice, and is non-soy, which is so important. The consistency is almost totally smooth. I can tell it's there but it's not really grainy like other protein powders. I already had the vanilla flavor and it was way too overpowering, so I like this unflavored better.
