Ok, I have only been taking it for less than a week but here are my observations. This stuff seems to work, but it will not work without proper diet and excersie. You will get the boost you need but you might get sick as well.
Here's something you need to know before you buy. I took one pill and in about half an hour, I started to feel it. It was strong and so I had this nervousness and I felt tired, also felt like throwing up but didnot. This continued for about couple hours. Then, I was back to normal. Please do not take this and plan on driving, it sure will distract you. Also, the instruction says take it on empty stomach, this did NOT work for me at all. I felt so tired and sick in my stomach. I started eating and it helped.
This is all my personal experience, basically I am not allergic to anything but I think this is pretty strong stuff. One pill is more than enough for a day.
